Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Vyexa Dubbing (the "Service") available at https://dub.vyexa.net. Vyexa Dubbing is a product of Vyexa, operated by a sole proprietor (FOP) registered under the laws of Ukraine ("we", "us"). By creating an account, signing in or using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

• The Service automatically dubs videos you upload into another language: it recognizes speech, translates it with AI, generates a synthetic voice-over and mixes it with the original background audio.
• The result is a voice-over. Lip movements are not changed. Translation and voices are generated by AI and may contain mistakes, inaccurate wording or unnatural intonation. Check the result before publishing it.
• The picture of your video is not edited. The output file is an MP4 with the new audio track, plus a subtitles file (.srt) where available.

2. Accounts

• Vyexa Dubbing uses the same Vyexa account as Vyexa Shorts (vyexa.net). You may sign in with an existing Vyexa account. Dubbing credits and plans are separate from Vyexa Shorts credits and plans.
• You must be at least 16 years old and provide a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity in your account.
• One person — one account. Free credits are given once per person. We detect repeated registrations by technical signals (device, network, browser). Creating multiple accounts to get free credits again, or otherwise circumventing limits, is a violation of these Terms.

3. Credits and plans

• 1 credit = 1 minute of video, rounded up to the next full minute (for example, a 2 minute 10 second video costs 3 credits). The full number of credits is charged when you start dubbing.
• If dubbing fails for a technical reason, or we cannot process the video (for example, no speech is detected), the credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• Free: 10 credits once after your first sign-in to Vyexa Dubbing, videos up to 3 minutes. Paid plans add the plan's credits to your balance and unlock longer videos for 30 days from the payment. Plan limits are shown on the Pricing page and may change for future purchases.
• Unused credits stay on your balance after the plan period ends; videos longer than the Free limit then require an active plan.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be exchanged for Vyexa Shorts credits.

4. Payments and refunds

• Plans are paid in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments. Prices are in USD; the amount in cryptocurrency is calculated by the payment provider at the time of payment. Network fees are paid by you.
• Credits are added after the payment is confirmed by the provider. Underpaid or expired invoices are not credited; contact support if this happens.
• Dubbing is a digital service performed immediately at your request. By purchasing, you agree that the service starts at once and you lose the right of withdrawal for the part already used. Credits already used for completed dubs are non-refundable.
• Refunds for unused credits from cryptocurrency payments are possible only as credits on your account, at our discretion, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Billing disputes must be raised within 30 days of the payment.

5. Your content

• You keep all rights to the videos you upload and to the dubbed results. You give us a limited license to store and process your videos only to provide the Service.
• You confirm that you own the video or have all the rights and permissions needed to translate, dub and publish it, including the consent of people whose voice or image appears in it. Dubbing someone else's video without permission may infringe copyright.
• You must not upload content that is illegal, infringes the rights of others, contains child sexual abuse material, promotes violence or terrorism, is intended to deceive (for example, to impersonate a real person or create misleading "deepfake" statements), or violates applicable law. We may refuse, stop or delete such content and suspend the account.
• You are responsible for how you use and publish the result. Where required by law or platform rules, label the audio as AI-generated.

6. Storage

• Uploaded videos and dubbed results are stored for 7 days after the dub is finished and then deleted automatically. Download your results in time. You can delete a video earlier from your account.
• We are not a backup service and are not responsible for loss of files after the storage period or due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to overload, reverse-engineer or break the Service, bypass limits, resell access without our permission or use automated means to create accounts.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including duplicate accounts and accounts used to circumvent limits. In case of a serious violation, unused credits may be forfeited.

8. Availability and liability

• The Service is provided "as is". Processing time depends on the length of the video and the current load. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the result will meet your specific expectations.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or consequences of publishing the result.

9. Changes and law

• We may update these Terms. The new version applies from the date it is published on this page; for significant changes we will notify you by email or in your account.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved by negotiation, and if not resolved within 30 days — by a competent court of Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer law of your country provides otherwise.
