Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Vyexa Dubbing collects and how we use it. Vyexa Dubbing shares the Vyexa account system with Vyexa Shorts; the general Vyexa Privacy Policy also applies. This page describes what is specific to dubbing.

1. What we collect

Account data: email, password hash, language, sign-in dates, consent to the Terms.
Your videos: the files you upload, the recognized speech (transcript), its translation, the generated voice-over and the dubbed result.
Payments: plan, amount, order ID and payment status. Card or wallet details are processed by the payment provider (NOWPayments); we do not store them.
Technical data: IP address, browser, device identifier (a cookie) and usage logs — for security, abuse prevention (including detecting duplicate accounts) and statistics.

2. How we use it

To dub your videos and deliver the results; to manage your credits, plans and payments.
To prevent fraud and abuse, including repeated free registrations.
To send service emails (account confirmation, password reset, payment and dubbing notices).
To improve the Service using aggregated statistics. We do not sell your data and do not use your videos to train our own AI models.

3. Processors

To dub a video, parts of it are processed by technical providers on our behalf: speech recognition and translation services (AI providers accessed through our gateway), the speech synthesis service (Alvenuri), hosting (Hetzner, Germany/Finland) and the payment provider (NOWPayments). They receive only what is needed for the task.

4. Storage periods

Uploaded videos, transcripts and dubbed results: 7 days after the dub is finished, then deleted automatically (earlier if you delete them).
Account and payment records: while your account exists and as long as required by law for accounting.
Security logs: up to 12 months.

5. Cookies

We use necessary cookies for sign-in, security and language, and a device cookie to prevent abuse. Analytics cookies are used only if enabled on this site.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data, or object to processing, by writing to support@vyexa.net. You can delete your videos at any time in your account.
